Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provide quotation and negotiation

Description
Collaborates with the sales team to lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including the development and delivery of engaging product presentations and demonstrations, aimed at driving sales and achieving revenue targets
Works closely with sales representatives across both direct and reseller channels to provide technical support and expertise
Establishes strong, trust-based relationships with sales teams and clients, leveraging industry knowledge to enhance credibility and communicate the company’s value proposition, particularly in software sales scenarios
Coordinates with the Pre-Sales Manager and other departments to ensure seamless support for the sales process
Manages the Odoo software-related inquiries and feasibility assessments for all sales opportunities
Requirements
Expand and develop new client relationships while maintaining and servicing existing clients
Possesses deep expertise in connectivity solutions, including DIA, DPLC, IPLC, and IP transit
Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B connectivity landscape
Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Builds collaborative relationships with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
Supports sales efforts by participating in client-facing activities, providing technical validation, recommending optimal solutions, and ensuring timely delivery
Collaborates with the sales department during client meetings, proposals, and solution design processes to ensure alignment and success
