Description
Act as the first point of contact for inbound customers, primarily local painters, and professionals from the construction industry. Provide expert guidance on product selection and application techniques
Conduct compelling product presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Decorative, Protective, Marine Paint, and Powder coating solutions. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and their suitability for various applications
Drive direct sales by actively promoting our range of construction chemicals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, including order processing and follow-up
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a sales support role, with a preference for candidates with retail sales experience. Open-minded individuals from diverse industries are encouraged to apply
