Description
In-depth understanding of the psychiatric (mental healthcare) business landscape and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry
Conducting thorough market research to identify potential markets, customer behaviors, and competitor information
Interpreting research results to derive market insights that inform marketing strategy formulation and execution
Developing innovative marketing strategies and comprehensive execution plans for both existing and new products
Organizing and conducting marketing activities such as product launches, symposiums, and conferences, aligning with compliance guidelines (online, offline, and hybrid)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the psychiatric (mental healthcare) field
Product management experience of 2 years is a must, demonstrating a strong understanding of product lifecycle management
Bachelor's Degree in M.B.B.S or B.Pharm, Medical Science, or a related field (higher education preferred). MBA, Marketing, or Management degree is also desirable
Mandatory Fluent English speaker
Excellent analytical, communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
