  • Build and operate a programming editorial and development division to drive audience growth and engagement with a focus on commercial revenue, delivering on company’s brand.

The Role

  • Work with Content, Product, and Marketing to establish editorial and programming strategy

  • Offer organizational design thinking to best structure the team and equip them for success in their goals

  • Deeply understand about company’s mission and vision to inform editorial, merchandising, and promotion decisions

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams (content, marketing, creative, platform, engineering, analytics etc.) to lead editorial and merchandising strategy/calendar, as well as execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotions

  • Commission relevant and compelling content native to the market to attract and engage local fans and grow company’s audience reach in Myanmar

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Media industry

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has strong knowledge in TV programs and unique communication skills
