Call Center System Manager at a Successful Banking Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for project management and lead in managing the technical enhancement for contact center system

  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK

The Role

  • Responsible for the overall project management end to end from initiation to execution

  • Responsible for maintaining and improving quality of implementation

  • Responsible for finding complexities of the issues from vendor and internal tech prospective and provide suitable solution for the contact center system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and related fields

  • 10 years experience as project management experience in similar role

  • Experience working in call center technology or customer service operation of financial services or banking 

  • Strong knowledge in AI and Virtual Customer Service applications 

  • Excellent English communication Skills
