The Role
Responsible for the overall project management end to end from initiation to execution
Responsible for maintaining and improving quality of implementation
Responsible for finding complexities of the issues from vendor and internal tech prospective and provide suitable solution for the contact center system
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and related fields
10 years experience as project management experience in similar role
Experience working in call center technology or customer service operation of financial services or banking
Strong knowledge in AI and Virtual Customer Service applications
Excellent English communication Skills
