The Role

Project Manager (Contact Center) is responsible for overall project management and lead for all technical enhancements for the contact center system

About the Company

Our client is a successful Banking Company in Myanmar.

Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end project management from project initiation, execution, testing until Go Live of the project

  • Responsible for existing and new technical enhancement of call center such as virtual customer service technology

  • Explore latest technological enhancement and propose the solution

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of working experience with related field and project management

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Financial Technology / Banking

  • Good English communication skills

  • Experience in Contact Center Technology in Financial Services or Banking will be an advantage with good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
