Responsible for existing and new technical enhancement of call center such as virtual customer service technology
Explore latest technological enhancement and propose the solution
8-10 years of working experience with related field and project management
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Financial Technology / Banking
Good English communication skills
Experience in Contact Center Technology in Financial Services or Banking will be an advantage with good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
