Job Description
Oversee daily purchasing tasks, and delegate responsibilities to staff
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines
Maintain supplier database and purchase records, including documentation
Ensure procured items meet quality standards and specifications, manage budgets
Maintain inventory tracking system and monitor stock levels
Report to the Director of Business and Finance
Requirements
Relevant Qualifications/Degree
Be a native-level English and Myanmar Speaker
Understanding of statutory safeguarding requirements including safer recruitment and child protection
An ability to build and maintain effective relationships with parents, external partners, and community
Show stamina, resilience, reliability, and integrity
Good level use of ICT including Microsoft Office and any other MIS systems
