Job Description

QA/QC at A Well-Known Dairy Products Production Company in Myanmar

  • Supervise and manage the Bakery mass production line in factory, accordance with Hazardous Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) standard
  • Salary is up to 700,000 MMK + other allowances

About the Company

Our client leads the Myanmar retailing and distribution as a top Business and ensures the best services.

The Role

  • Manage the Bakery mass production line and the (ready to eat) products which are sold at Bakery Outlets are aligned with Food Safety Standards
  • Ensure the Food Safety trainings such as HACCP, PRP are being provided for production workers/staffs and they are following the rules identically
  • Monthly Auditing for Hygiene of Delivery Vehicle Drivers, Delivery Man & Fitness and Hygiene of vehicle
  • Must be able to handle and investigate for customer complaint, troubleshooting with the team and recommend corrective action

Requirements

  • B.Sc. (Industry Chemistry), B.E (Food Technology) Degree Holder
  • Minimum 5 years of same working experience in same Industry
  • Must have food safety knowledge
  • More prefer oversea experience in similar area
  • Can be used Microsoft Office thoroughly
  • Good English skill is a must
  • Must have strong communication skill, presentation skill and negotiation skill
