Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

The Role
Acting as the first point of contact for any visitors to the office or anyone contacting an organisation
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Excellent communication skills in English
