About the Company
Our client is a leading international in the country with operations in 54 countries across the globe.
Responsible for front office and administrative duties of the company.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and appropriately directing them to related departments or personnel
- Maintaining security of the company by following procedures, assisting logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints through phone calls and emails
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration with a strong understand of customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other qualifications in related field.
- Business English is mandatory.
- Professional and pleasant appearance strong computer competency and great organizational skills.
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
