About the Company

Our client is a leading international in the country with operations in 54 countries across the globe.

The Role

Responsible for front office and administrative duties of the company.

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and appropriately directing them to related departments or personnel
  • Maintaining security of the company by following procedures, assisting logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints through phone calls and emails
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration with a strong understand of customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other qualifications in related field.
  • Business English is mandatory.
  • Professional and pleasant appearance strong computer competency and great organizational skills.


Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
