Responsible to manage the travel requirement of external & internal customers with coordination of local travel agents & India travel desk.

To manage end to end travel booking of customers, expats & internal staff
Co-ordinate with India travel desk for travel arrangements, hotel booking etc. for doctors (external customers) & Expats
Record & manage all the travel documents file & settle the bills of vendors & other agent after submitting to finance
Answering & forwarding the external calls to the concern department
Greet all incoming visitors with warm & friendly manner & manage check-in record
Maintain, clean & organize the reception area
Descent verbal (spoken) English to communicate with Expats & India Travel desk
Graduate in any degree
3-5 years in managing travel desk of any mid-size to large organization. Worked as receptionist
MS office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to manage & record the data in the excel file
