Responsible in talent sourcing, attracting candidates to interview and hire great employees.
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews and follow up on interview process status with candidates.
- Staying updated on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Promote company’s reputation to candidates as “best place to work”.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Recruiter or in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administration or HRM are highly preferred.
- Business English is required.
- Strong decision making and communication skills are necessary
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
