- Communicate with the department managers to get a clear view on the hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
- Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field such as HRM.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Business English is a must.
- Strong knowledge in HR databases, hiring policies, practices, legislation and procedures.
