Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle of the company.
- Consult with department managers to stay updated on staff requirements and specify job objectives
- Design and implement an attractive and efficient recruiting strategy and methods
- Source candidates through social media, career websites and databases
- Conduct screenings, interviews and reference checks on the selected candidates
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other business-related qualifications is required
- Business English is a must
- Must acquire strong multitasking, time management skills and have hands on experience with various selection process like interviews and reference checks
5 working days, up to 2 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
