About the Company
Our client is a Growing Technology company in Myanmar.
Responsible to source and reach out to qualified candidates for the vacancies of the company.
- Review and give suggestions to management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices annually
- Cooperate with hiring managers to set qualification standard criteria for the candidates
- Maintain a data base of potential candidates for future job openings
- Handle employees’ complaints and employment relations issues
- At least 4 years of working experience as recruitment specialist or similar role.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications with HR are highly preferred.
- Business English is a must
- An efficient person with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
