​Regional Business Manager (Lower Myanmar) at an International Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for Sales & Distribution Management, Regional Sales Leadership, KOL Management, Team Management, Market Analysis, Reporting and Collaboration

  • Up to 3,000,000 MMK per month plus competitive benefits and allowances

Description

  • Develop and execute effective sales and distribution strategies to achieve regional sales targets, ensuring market penetration and coverage of pharmaceutical products

  • Lead and manage the sales team across the Lower Myanmar region, driving sales activities, developing sales plans, and monitoring performance to ensure revenue growth

  • Foster and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to enhance brand recognition and product adoption in the pharmaceutical market

  • Oversee and mentor a team of Medical Representatives, Product Specialists, and Area Managers, guiding them toward achieving sales goals and maintaining high-performance standards

  • Conduct thorough market research, assess competitor activities, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements

  • Report directly to the National Sales Manager, providing regular updates on regional sales activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in company initiatives

Requirements

  • Medical-related Degree holder (M.B.B.S)

  • Mandatory Business English

  • Substantial experience in pharmaceutical sales and management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team to achieve exceptional performance

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Lower Myanmar, including relationships with KOLs, competitors, and key industry insights
