Responsible to drive sales channel (distributors & retailers)
Responsible for implementation of Seasonal (Monsoon & Winter) Sales promotion plans in the designated markets.
Regular tracking of distributors/dealer’s performance vs PO’s
Expand dealers’ network and market coverage in Myanmar and implement proper dealer management strategy.
Takes care of market penetration, market share and services in the area.
Stock returns, documentation & communication to SD
Work closely with marketing/product managers fostering a collaborative environment.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in handling Crop Protection/Agro Chemical products in Myanmar market
Strong experience in dealing directly with dealers, sub dealers and retailers.
Strong leadership skills, dynamic and aggressive to achieve the sales.
Able to work either independently or collaboration with team.
Possess a Valid driving license and able to travel extensively.
Able to speak good English and need to base at Yangon, Myanmar.
