The Role
- To manage and lead the distributors and area sales team
- To follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
- To participate in the development of network distribution in its area
- To ensure that procedures are known, mastered and applied by all
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in regional sales management in FMCG sector
- Business Level English skills
- Good communication and strong leadership skills
