Regional Sales Manager at Multinational Seeds Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible to drive and develop seeds business in Cambodia

  • Up to 2,000 USD and other allowances

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate to stay on the ground and directly dealing with channel partners and farmers. A chance to develop Cambodia Agriculture market and livelihood of the farmers by bringing the global expertise

About the company

Largest agri-food solutions company in the world, offering plant genetics to create added value for agricultural production

The Role

  • Responsible to drive sales channel (distributors & retailers)

  • Responsible for implementation of Seasonal (Monsoon & Winter) Sales promotion plans in the designated markets

  • Regular tracking of distributors/dealer’s performance vs PO’s

  • Expand dealers’ network and market coverage in Cambodia and implement proper dealer management strategy

  • Takes care of market penetration, market share and services in the area

  • Stock returns, documentation & communication to SD

  • Work closely with marketing/product managers fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in handling seeds products in Cambodia Agriculture Market

  • Strong experience in dealing directly with dealers, sub dealers and retailers

  • Strong leadership skills, dynamic and aggressive to achieve the sales

  • Able to work either independently or collaboration with team

  • Possess a Valid driving license and able to travel extensively

  • Excellence English communication skills
