The Role
To develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals & revenues
- To supervise and lead the distributors and regional sales team
- To follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
- To participate in the development of network distribution in its area
- To ensure that procedures are known, mastered and applied by all
Requirements
- Any University Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in regional sales management in related industry
- Advanced Level English skills
- Good communication and strong leadership skills
