​Regional Sales Manager (Upper Myanmar) at a Leading Automotive Aftermarket Company in Yangon

The Role

The ideal talent will be taking charge of our Engine Oil, Lubricant, and Spare Parts offerings for the Automotive sector. You will be the driving force behind cultivating relationships with dealers across the Upper Myanmar including Mandalay, Taunggyi, Myitkyina, and other areas. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead your role and will report directly to the Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is eager to make a significant impact in the industry

Description

  • Manage and develop the dealer network across the Mandalay, Taunggyi, Myitkyina, and other regions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing training and support as necessary

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by managing and motivating the dealer network

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and trends

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure efficiently and effective operations

  • Negotiate contracts with dealers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management

  • Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Dealer Sales

  • Strong knowledge of the engine oil and lubricant distribution industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Able to travel frequently
