Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Chinese franchise restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, and deliver a high standard of service and quality of food
Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability, including menu engineering, pricing, and marketing initiatives
Direct report to GM
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience at the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Intermediate English is a must
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a team of at least 20 staff members
