The Role

About the Company

Our client is a newly established franchise restaurant with the high market position which will allow your career as a restaurant manager to grow together with the organization.

Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Chinese franchise restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service

  • Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, and deliver a high standard of service and quality of food

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability, including menu engineering, pricing, and marketing initiatives

  • Direct report to GM

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience at the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Intermediate English is a must

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a team of at least 20 staff members
