Description
Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Oversee the merchandising of products in the store, ensuring effective displays and a well-organized layout
Collaborate with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure product availability. Implement effective stock rotation and clearance strategies
Plan and execute sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost sales
Direct report to Head of Retail
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
A deep understanding of the retail industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and competition
