  • Responsible for Key Account Sales, Sales Support and Administration, Customer Care, and Customer Account Management

The Role

This is an ideal talent who will be responsible in a supporting role to the Sales team and Managing Director with a scope of CRM and Key Account Management, by maintaining existing key customer accounts and generating sales leads from them, monitoring the customer data and sales activities record, preparing necessary sales administration reports directly to Managing Director

Description

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing key customers, ensuring their needs are met, and identify opportunities for growth within the automotive aftermarket sector

  • Provide crucial support in maintaining a comprehensive database and system for tracking sales activities, customer records, and sales administration

  • Offer exceptional customer service, promptly addressing complaints and fostering strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Operate independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability in sales support and key account management

  • Work closely with the Managing Director and report on sales activities, contributing to the company's growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with a strong focus on customer service and a mindset that prioritizes customer satisfaction

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Mandatory Intermediate English

  • Prior experience in sales support, key account management, or similar customer care roles is preferred

  • Open to candidates from various industry backgrounds who are eager to pursue the automotive aftermarket sector
