Sales Administrator at a Successful IT Company in Yangon
Provide office support including customer and communication by performing administrative duties for sales department
Up to 1,300,000 MMK plus other benefits

The Role
Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide supports for sales department
Prepare, negotiate, review, and update the contracts, agreements, completion report, performance grantee etc
Dealing with government offices for tender and other requirement
Project support such as translation, interpretation, and optimize day-to-day activities and operational efficiency
Making appointment, negotiation and interpretation for the customer
Support to foreign employees for visa, immigration and accommodation
Arrange for payment such as contract stamp duty, internet bill
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in related field
Preferable to have experience of preparing the project contract
Good communication skill with customers and related line managers
Pro-active and problem-solving attitude with customer focus
Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
