Sales Analyst and Administration (Bancassurance Channel) at a Well-known Insurance Services company in Yangon
Responsible for responsible for commission and incentive calculations, sales data reporting, performance analysis, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Analyst to support the strategic and operational effectiveness of the Bancassurance channel through accurate commission and incentive calculations, insightful sales reporting, performance analysis, and collaborative administrative support that drives business growth and transparency.

Description
Compile, consolidate, and publish weekly and monthly sales performance reports across branches, regions, and individual sales teams.
Track actual vs. target performance, monitor product mix and campaign outcomes, and generate ad-hoc reports to support strategic decisions.
Accurately calculate monthly commissions and performance-based incentives, ensuring timely and correct payouts in coordination with Operations, Finance, and HR.
Reconcile commission disputes, manage exceptions, and maintain updated commission structures, formulas, and eligibility lists.
Maintain comprehensive databases of sales activities, lead conversions, campaign tracking, and policy issuance.
Analyze sales trends, customer segmentation, and productivity metrics to identify underperformance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Provide administrative and coordination support for internal meetings, training sessions, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales operation, business analyst, or financial analyst role, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
Experience with commission and incentive schemes is a strong advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, dashboards)
Experience in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with core insurance or bancassurance systems is preferred
