The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for 2 main scopes of driving sales growth while maintaining CRM to ensure high-end customer satisfaction

Our client is one of the leading Asia Freight Forwarding companies in Yangon with coverage across all transportation service channels including Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Cross Border services. Additionally, they have the product design for 3PL services such as Warehousing, Contract Logistics, etc.
Description
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and objectives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients
Identifying new business opportunities and driving business development initiatives
Coordinating and managing the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets
Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support
Managing the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns
Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer experience
Conducting regular customer feedback surveys and analysis to identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and customer service management, preferably in the logistics and freight forwarding industry
Business English is mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and Willingness to travel as needed
