Job Description

​Sales and Distribution Manager at a Successful Trading Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy

  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs

  • Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company

  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region

  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in any industry and minimum 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Intermediate English is a must

  • Has unique negotiation skills and communication skills
