Our client is an international Freight Forwarding services and 3rd party transport services company in Yangon that provides a wide range of services including Cross border trade, Custom Clearance, Warehouse management, Contract Logistics, and forwarding business
Description
Drive the growth of freehand sales by identifying and targeting potential customers, developing tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships in the field of freight forwarding
Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies, prospect new business opportunities, and engage with key stakeholders to expand the company's customer base
Proactively manage and nurture existing customer accounts, understanding their evolving needs, and providing innovative logistics solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to gain insights, identify market trends, and formulate data-driven strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitor sales performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure the seamless execution of logistics services and meet customer requirements effectively
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a proven track record of success
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of freight operations and procedures
Mandatory Business English level or above
