Description
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract a high-end clientele
Maintain and enhance the restaurant's brand image through consistent messaging and customer experience
Work closely with the restaurant management team, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations
Report to Head of Marketing
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Knowledge of the local fine dining and hospitality market
