Sales and Marketing Manager at a Successful Animal Nutrient Trading Company in Yangon
Responsible for Dealer development/ management, B2B Sales, Customer Account development/ management
Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other benefits and allowances
The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for Feed and Additives Sales through key dealers and b2b channels working under the guidance of the General Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company in the animal feed industry

Description
Conduct B2B sales and manage dealer relationships, focusing on dealer development
Handle regional sales in either Lower Myanmar or Upper Myanmar as directed by management
Achieve sales targets by preparing sales reports and implementing weekly, monthly, and daily sales plans
Introduce products to customers and establish pipelines for future sales opportunities
Develop and manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing business relationships
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably from Dealer management or B2B sales experience with Feed, Animal nutrition, and animal supplements background
B.Vet.Sc. degree holder (Veterinary) or related education required
Mandatory Basic English level or above
Strong experience in B2B sales and dealer management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer account development and management
