​Sales and Marketing Manager at a Successful Building Materials and Electrical Products Supplier Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for Sales planning/budget planning, commercial operations, market strategies and sales management

  • Up to 2,200,000 MMK plus other benefits and allowances

The Role

The ideal talent will be responsible for generating sales through projects and dealers, promoting company products, and developing, training, and recruiting the sales and marketing teams. Independent role and there will be a rapidly growing sales team under S&M Manager. Report to CEO

About the Company

Our client is one of the successful Building Materials fabricating businesses in Yangon. They provide a customized designs for interior decoration products including Windows, Doors, Façade, etc.


  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market

  • Budget Planning Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets its quotas and goals

  • Develop Marketing Strategy Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals

  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports Implementing new sales plans and advertising

  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives

  • Build Strategic Relationship Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities

  • Training and Developing Team Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks


  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of Project Sales experience across the Building Materials industry (Paint, Interior Decoration)

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Mandatory Intermediate English

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills


Basic salary plus Car allowance, travel allowance, and Sales Incentives (based on quarterly)
