The Role

This is an ideal talent that will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the Internet Service Provider business unit. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and be responsible for expanding the annual sales turnover of multi-million-dollar businesses. We are looking for an individual with a solid background in B2B sales within the ISP industry

Our client is a successful ISP company in Yangon. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services, they have become a key player in the market. As they continue to expand its presence and target the B2B industry, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead the ISP Business Unit


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and achieve annual sales targets

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales goals

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the ISP industry and ensure the sales team is well-informed about our products and services

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insights into market trends and opportunities


  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in B2B sales within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry is required

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Mandatory Fluent English speaker

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
