Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and achieve annual sales targets
Lead and mentor a team of 5 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales goals
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on the latest developments in the ISP industry and ensure the sales team is well-informed about our products and services
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insights into market trends and opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in B2B sales within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry is required
Bachelor's degree holder
Mandatory Fluent English speaker
Proven leadership and team management abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
