​Sales Director/ Consultant at a Leading Multi-sector Organization Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for Driving the Commercial Functions of the overall Real Estate Business Unit

  • Up to 8,000,000 MMK per month

The Role

The ideal background for the role is extensive experience in managing and leading the commercial functions of real estate portfolios from commercial, residential, and industrial segments. Great understanding of the real estate landscape of the country and regulation of the market

  • To focus on creating & executing the sales & marketing strategy for the company and to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

  • Formulate, organize, and develop sales activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities

  • Research & conduct the organization's sales strategy aimed at generating better revenue

  • Drafts, reviews, and implements Sales-related policies, regulations, procedures, and systems of operations

  • Influences, communicates, motivates, and inspires team members to achieve sales targets


  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience within the Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 5 years at the managerial level

  • Experience in strategy development within Marketing and sales for Properties and Real Estate Developments

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar

  • Experience leading a high-performing sales organization is critical, customer intensive, adaptive to changes, ability to solve problems and analytical capabilities
