Sales Executive at a Leading Building Materials Manufacturing & Trading Company in Yangon
Responsible for Project Sales, Customer Account development / management, Technical Sales
Up to 800,000 MMK plus sales incentives, car allowance, and phone allowance
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for commercial sales activities via dealing with prospects from Construction Developers, Architects, Consultants and other mid-range customers from Dealer, Wholesalers and Local projects
About the Company
Our client is a leading Building Materials supplier company in Yangon. Import raw materials items from nearby suppliers of China, Thailand, etc., to assembly, fabricate final mass production items and their customers are Specifiers Projects, and Wholesalers
Description
Responsible for technical sales and project sales through customers, deal with indirect responsible persons from Construction network
Visit ongoing, prospecting sites across assigned areas to chase new projects
Negotiate and dealing with new customers contract accounts, discount items and delivery time to gain customer’s satisfaction
Coordinate with Logistics and Production team to have a smooth product transaction in project sales
Develop, and maintain a good relationship with Customers from B2B and B2G
Prepare weekly, monthly, annual sales reports to management team to have a targeted sales strategies developed by management team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience within Construction Materials industry, prefer Project Sales experience, who has a good connection within Local and International Construction market
B.E (Civil) degree holder
Intermediate English is mandatory
