The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth generating sales opportunities, and maintaining competitive and high-quality after-sales service to clients

Description

  • Target and engage potential clients in the industrial, warehouse, and retail chain sectors to generate sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring individual sales targets are met

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, their needs, and competition within the industry

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in B2B Sales experience

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial, warehouse, or retail sectors

  • Mandatory Intermediate English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-lasting business relationships

  • Require a car owner due to HR policies and procedures on the Sales team’s benefits and allowances

Benefits

Basic salary plus Car allowance (200,000 MMK), Petrol and Maintenance allowance (Reimbursement), Annual bonus, 13-month salary, and Sales incentives program
