Reporting Manager – Business Development Manager
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for client account management and overseeing the smooth operation running of payroll process for the assigned clients.
The main responsibilities are as follow:
- Making business development calls and sales visits
- Building relationship with new and existing clients
- Responsible for aligning with operation to cover full spectrum of payroll function for clients
- Liaising with assigned clients for the monthly payroll computation and reports
- Addressing issues and questions regarding payroll matter from clients
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures, complies with relevant law and client company
- Meet the deadlines and sense of urgency for any immediate requests from the client
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in sales, customer service and agency account management fields
- Good command of English is a must
- Strong computer literacy and able to use Excel and type more than 40 words per minute
- Detailed oriented, flexible and responsible personality
- Highly focused on teamwork
