The Role
As a Sales Executive (Laboratory Unit), you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting our laboratory unit's growth. This role entails assisting in customer relationship management, identifying potential clients, and promoting laboratory products. You will play a crucial role in engaging with scientists, laboratory technicians, and researchers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication

Description
Develop and maintain relationships with laboratory professionals and researchers. Provide support, information, and guidance to customers, both new and existing
Collaborate with senior sales professionals to implement sales strategies, contribute to market research activities, and identify potential customers
Assist in product demonstrations and presentations to laboratory staff and scientists to ensure they are well-informed about the laboratory products and equipment
Stay informed about competitor activity and products in the laboratory equipment market
Provide assistance in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective responses
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.N.Sc), Medical (M.B., B.S), or a related medical field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in laboratory equipment sales is a plus, fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply
Mandatory Intermediate English speaker
Effective communication skills, a keen interest in laboratory equipment and supplies, a willingness to learn, a strong customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
