The Role
As a Sales Executive (Surgical Unit), you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and promoting surgical products. Your role includes engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field, technical sales, and B2B sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt response to complaints

Description
Create and implement weekly and monthly work schedules, collaborate with the sales manager to set targets, and conduct market research to identify potential customers
Arrange and attend appointments with doctors, hospital medical teams, and healthcare professionals. Demonstrate and present products to medical practitioners, practice staff, and nurses, ensuring they are well-informed about the surgical products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both new and existing, by providing support, information, and guidance. Win new customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing ones
Monitor competitor activity and stay informed about competing products in the market
Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and coordinate with other teams for tender processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.N.Sc), Medical (M.B., B.S), or a related medical field
At least 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a preference for those experienced in surgical and endoscopy products. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
Mandatory Intermediate English speaker
Strong selling and marketing skills, an understanding of medical terminology, excellent customer approach, computer literacy, proficiency in English, effective communication skills, a willingness to learn, the ability to work in a team, readiness to travel locally and internationally, and commitment to the training bond policy
