Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has strong training skills, sales management, strategic planning background in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.

About the Company

Our client is a well-known pharmaceutical and consumer goods distribution company in Yangon

Description

  • Develop and implement training programs and create innovative business strategies

  • Set up the relevant targets, KPIs, and track SFE activities

  • Evaluate and monitor sales results, performance and implement corrective actions when gaps are identified

  • Directly report to the Commercial Director and Ethical Sales Head

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of training and sales management experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry

  • Prefer medical related degree holders

  • Fluent in English Communication
