Our client is looking for a seasoned individual to join the team to develop Cambodia Agriculture market and livelihood of the farmers through global expertise

Description

  • Takes care of market penetration, market share and services in the area

  • Responsible to drive sales channel (distributors, retailers and direct selling to key farmers)

  • Regular tracking of distributors/dealer’s performance vs PO’s

  • Expand dealers’ network and market coverage in Cambodia and implement proper dealer management strategy

Requirements

  • Native Khmer with excellence English communication skills

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in selling Agrochemical products or drone in Cambodia Agriculture Market

  • Strong experience in dealing directly with dealers, sub dealers and retailers

  • Strong leadership skills, dynamic and aggressive to achieve the sales

  • Possess a Valid driving license and able to travel extensively
