  • Responsible for Dealer management, Distributors management, B2B sales, and Regional sales (Upper Myanmar)

  • Collaboratively achieve or exceed annual sales revenue and expense budget, maintaining a robust growth rate of 15-20%

  • Develop and execute an annual account plan tailored to drive sales in Myanmar, utilizing innovative strategies to maximize market penetration

  • Deliver impactful technical presentations to customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products

  • Provide comprehensive technical and product knowledge support to our distributors, ensuring their success and alignment with the organization's goals

  • Manage account pricing in alignment with directives from the National Sales Manager Myanmar, optimizing profitability while meeting customer needs

  • Work closely with the Myanmar sales team to implement and execute country sales strategic plans, fostering collaboration and shared success


  • Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Veterinary Science, accompanied by 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the agrifood or related industries

  • Strong communication skills, combining persistence, patience, and proactive engagement to foster fruitful relationships

  • Mandatory Business English speaker

  • Willingness to relocate between Taunggyi and Mandalay, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the role


Up to 3 months Performance bonus + Telephone + Other allowances
