Sales Manager at a Leading Global Medical Device Partner in Yangon

  • Responsible for driving private sales and government sales of medical devices (Cardiovascular Products)

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK + Competitive Incentive

Our Client is leading global medical device partner in Myanmar and providing healthcare solution to private and government customers by offering high end products, services, and solutions from global companies.

The Role

  • Develop annual business plan and sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories: projecting expected salary volume and profit for existing and new products

  • Develop new or maintain relationship with KOLs, Private Hospital and Government Officials

  • Work closely with customers to understand their conditions of hospitals/clinics and effectively link product features and benefits to customer’s needs to help promote sales

  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Maintain employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, monitoring, and appraising depending on their performance and job results


  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in medical devices related business

  • Outstanding performance records and proven sales performances

  • Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills

  • Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers

  • Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and work independently

  • Excellence English Communication Skills
