  • Responsible for Sales Manager, B2B / B2C Sales, Channel Development

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and developing sales pipeline to secure channels of Retail, Dealer and Project

About the Company

Our client is a building materials manufacturing company in Mandalay. Their main products are Cement and other building materials such as Brick, Home Decoration, Sanitary wares, and a distributor of Air Conditioning

Description

  • Develop, monitor, control sales activity by daily, weekly, monthly to maintain the ongoing sales projects and potential sales opportunities

  • Develop and extend network across Retailers, Dealers and Project customers to hit the sales pipeline

  • Plan, prospect, organize and promote sales plan of monthly, annually and cover training & development of sales and marketing team

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within sales & marketing: prefer talents from Construction / Building Materials, Air Con, Household industries

  • Any Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Mandatory Intermediate English

  • Skills and unique requirement: Interpersonal skills, presentation skills, sales acumen
