  • Responsible for achieving the business objectives through the sales team
  • Salary up to 1,500,000 MMKs plus benefits

The Role

  • Developing & maintaining rapport with new as well as existing Key customers
  • Assisting the business head in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making
  • Expanding coverage, developing new territories for business development
  • To supervise and lead the distributors and regional sales team
  • To follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
  • To participate in the development of network distribution in its area
  • To ensure that procedures are known, mastered and applied by all

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
  • A Graduate; preferably bachelor’s degree, preferably in science
  • Good product knowledge & on-the job company training program
  • Positive attitude, Effective communication & convincing abilities
  • Business English Skills
