The Role
Lead, direct, govern, product sales activities including managing team to achieve business goals
Create sales strategy to increase sales volume, margin, revenue and actively develop new segments/markets
Achieve market leadership in coated steel
products for company’s long-term growthDevelop relationship with new and existing customers including regular visits
Manage customers and projects to achieve sales targets and enhancing market growth
Requirements
Minimum 8 years or above of working experience in building construction material or Steel background
Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills
Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers
Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and customer service orientation
Excellence English Communication Skills
Possess own vehicle
