The Role

  • Lead, direct, govern, product sales activities including managing team to achieve business goals

  • Create sales strategy to increase sales volume, margin, revenue and actively develop new segments/markets

  • Achieve market leadership in coated steel
    products for company’s long-term growth

  • Develop relationship with new and existing customers including regular visits

  • Manage customers and projects to achieve sales targets and enhancing market growth


  • Minimum 8 years or above of working experience in building construction material or Steel background

  • Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills

  • Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers

  • Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and customer service orientation

  • Excellence English Communication Skills

  • Possess own vehicle
