Responsible for managing and developing the seed business in Myanmar
Up to 4,500,000 MMK + Competitive Incentive + Allowances

The Role
Building up the sale and team management plans and processes. Managing day to day business operations in the country and
responsible for sales targets in terms of both revenue and market shareManaging key customers relation effectively execute the business plan through team
Designing and overseeing implementation of the sale’s promotional activities at farmers and trade level
Travelling in various markets and check that the regional team build relationships with the dealers, sub-dealers and key farmers and create new business
Leading a team of sales executives to achieve the desired sales goals
Requirements
Minimum 12 years or above of working experience in Agriculture Industry, preferably from Seed industry
Excellence English Communication Skills
Team Player, customer centric, integrity would play major parts in the role
Stationed in Mandalay and frequent travel require
