The Role

A sales professional with a demonstrated record of sales within Agriculture products industry who can managed outlets and distribution channels

About the Company

Our client is well-known international trading company which is providing quality products to both domestic and international customers

Description

  • Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team

  • Report to Business Head

  • To implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channel to sell Agri finished products

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in related field, Prefer from Agri trading business

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong sales drive, interpersonal, problem solving, leadership and coaching skills
