Overall handling for Sales management and helping company leadership with strategic planning
Up to 6,000,000 MMK plus other allowance

A sales professional with a demonstrated record of sales within Agriculture products industry who can managed outlets and distribution channels

Description
Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team
Report to Business Head
To implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channel to sell Agri finished products
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in related field, Prefer from Agri trading business
Bachelor’s Degree is a must
Business English is a must
Strong sales drive, interpersonal, problem solving, leadership and coaching skills
