Excellence opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in lubricant products sales and its market in Cambodia. Individual with long term goal and ability to deal with challenging environment from both externally and internally to take the business to next step

The Company representing world – renowned brands in Cambodia for several years and evolving to meet the changing needs of the customers

The Role

  • Work closely with management team in implementing the strategy and in achieving of sales target to enhance the departmental goals

  • Collaborate with sales associates in organizing their sales appointments and creating the opportunities and aiming to achieve the departmental goals

  • Manage and develop the growth of the channel partners business


  • Minimum 4 years of commercial working experience in Cambodia Lubricant Market

  • Outstanding performance records and proven sales performances

  • Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills

  • Lubricant product selling experience would be mandatory requirement

  • Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and work independently

  • Good English Communication Skills
