Our client is one of the leading Asia Freight Forwarding companies in Yangon with coverage across all transportation service channels including Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Cross Border services. Additionally, they have the product design for 3PL services such as Warehousing, Contract Logistics, etc.
Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Manage the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets
Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements to the senior management team
Analyze sales data to forecast trends and ensure the company is well-positioned to capitalize on market opportunities
Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company
Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities for growth
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
Minimum N-2 level degree or above, must be fluent in Japanese 4-skills
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
